There was always a lot happening when I turned up to film. Mango the dog and Cinnamon the cat were usually somewhere in the middle of it all, and Jordan and Dane would inevitably make me a matcha before we started. It was actually through those visits that I discovered I liked matcha.

Those little moments became as much a part of the project for me as the renovations themselves.
